2mm SBS underlay

Description

2mm sbs underlay torch on felt. 15mtr roll. 2mm torch on underlay can be used as a first layer or usually as a second intermediate layer for torch on flat roofs. We offer a sanded and also a double filmed finish from stock.

Unlike most of the competition we only stock high quality SBS torch on felts as apposed to APP torch on felts. Although APP can be cheaper, the quality suffers massively. Due to our climate here in the UK SBS allows for thermal movement of any roof effortlessly. APP is good at taking a lot of heat however the performance suffers drastically through out the winter as APP is not as elastomeric as sbs. This means the tendacy for APP to fail and rip in the winter is huge. SBS allows the thermal movement all year round leaving you with a product that can last you over 20 years in some cases.
