Breathable, Waterproofing & Thermal-Enhancing Masonry Sealer

Brick Dry is a high-performance, breathable masonry protection cream formulated to create a durable water-repellent barrier within porous mineral substrates. Designed for external brickwork, stone, concrete and render, Brick Dry reduces moisture ingress, supports thermal efficiency, and preserves the natural appearance of masonry surfaces with a clear, non-film finish.

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, mould or loose material prior to application.
   
• Repair cracks and defective mortar before treatment.
   

1. Stir well before use.
    
2. Apply evenly with brush or roller.
    
3. Work in sections from lowest point upwards to maintain a wet edge.
    
4. One coat is usually effective; additional coat may be applied if substrate is highly porous.
    

• Store in original unopened container.
   
• Protect from frost and extremes of temperature.
   
• Shelf life: typically 12 months if unopened.
   
• Dispose of contents/container according to local regulations.
   

• Low-VOC, low odour, water-based formula.
   
• Use appropriate PPE: gloves, eye protection.
   
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
